Deacon's Vacation

Last night Jason thought it would be fun to take the kids to the Zeeland East/Zeeland West basketball game at the VanAndel. Grandma Marianne thought Deacon should spend the night at her house instead of venturing out into the cold. Jacob was very concerned when Deacon wasn't with us so instead of letting him think he was missing out on a night at Grandpa and Grandma's we simply told him that Deacon was on vacation. He liked that idea. Thankfully my mom took lots of picture of Deacon's first night away from his Mommy!! Jacob was also very excited for Deacon to come home this morning. Probably one of the most precious moments I have ever seen between these two munchkins.
